All the goodness of a smoothie with all the fun of a pops treat! This summer messipe is quick and the cleanup is easy with Krud Kutter. Get ready to chill out with some Fruit Smoothie Protein Pops!
Ingredients
Raspberry Acai Flavor
Vanilla vegan protein
3 bananas, peeled and frozen
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 package frozen acai
1/2 cup almond coconut milk
Green Kiwi Flavor
Vanilla vegan protein
2 peeled kiwis
1 banana, peeled and frozen
1 cup spinach
1/2 pineapple chunks
1 cup almond coconut milk Ice
Strawberry Mango Flavor
Vanilla vegan protein
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond coconut milk Ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until well-combined. If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add 4-5 ice cubes before blending.
- To make pops: Pour blended smoothie into pops molds and insert a pops stick into the center.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours before removing pops from the molds.
TIP: Run the molds under lukewarm water for 10-15 seconds to help the pops loosen easily.
